Join the Sweet Covidious Antidote Zoom Video Wall

 

Sweet Covidious Antidote is a first for all of us. While some of you may be familiar with Zoom video conferencing—we wanted to make sure you were all up to speed with how we plan on using it.

 

Surrounding the band and stage area there will be a 360* video wall. The video wall will be used for both general visuals and audience streaming through Zoom. The concert will stream to the public for free but any fan that upgrades to a Zoom ticket will gain entry into the Zoom meeting being broadcast to the screen (please note: all Zoom participants may be shown during the live broadcast or replays).

 

Here’s how it works:

  1. Before the show please download Zoom in advance here (we recommend using a computer to handle Zoom streaming and watching the live show from the same device).

  2. On Friday morning (9.25) we will send you your Zoom stream link and details you may need to watch.

  3. Open the link to join the video wall and fan chat room.

  4. Make sure your video is turned on—you will automatically be muted so feel free to watch the show as loud as you would like.

  5. For stage lighting purposes—we are providing each participant with a dark virtual background. To change your virtual background please follow these steps:

    • Download the attached image to your computer or device (or download from this link)

    • While on the Zoom call click the arrow next to Start/Stop video

    • Select choose virtual background

    • Under the bottom right of your video screen click the + button & upload image to upload the provided virtual background

    • Select the proper file and hit upload

    • If you have having trouble please refer to this link. 

    • Now, sit back enjoy the show but remember, the chat rooms will be monitored by our moderators so please keep your feed PG (ayyye) so we don’t have to kick you out.
